The New England ATV Association is a club of off-highway enthusiasts formed to promote and protect the sport of off-highway recreation. By joining forces with others who enjoy off-highway recreation and by working with our state officials, we will help to ensure the future use and enjoyment of our forests for ourselves and our children.

NEATVA was formed in 1995 and provides rides in Massachusetts and Maine. We also schedule events in New Hampshire and outside New England. We schedule day rides, multi-day rides, and campouts.

We subscribe to the philosophy of Tread Lightly! and, in partnership with DCR, maintain and improve the trails in the State Forests of western Massachusetts.

But mainly, we are riders who enjoy the outdoors, trail riding with friends and family, and socializing with others. If you are looking for a group to ride withy and enjoy yourself, join us!

Summer of 2017 is arriving soon, and with it the ATV riding season!

The calendar has been set, with a few revisions:

Last year we rode in New Hampshire.   New Hampshire has 1,000 (some say 2,000) miles of interconnected trail.  The riding is different than Maine riding – some pavement and more woods trails rather than logging roads.  But they said the experience was fun.   So, again  this year we are going to northern New Hampshire June 5 through June 9.  We are staying at Notchview Resort Inn and Campground in Colebrook, NH.

As we did last year, we will be camping at Balsam Woods the week of July 2nd - July 10th.  Some will stay the entire time, others may come up later or leave earlier, but one or another will be there during that time.

.

We have also added the Jericho ATV Festival, August 4 - August.  We are staying at the Jericho Gateway Family Campground.  This dry camping - no facilities.  If you would like other suggestions, call me.

Also new this year is a trip to Eustis, ME in the Rangeley Lake region.  The place will be staying is TBA.

If anyone would like to suggest a place or time for a ride, please contact me so we can consider it.
