New England ATV Association, Inc |
Q: What is NEATVA?
A: New England
All Terrain Vehicle
Association is an off road club formed to promote and protect the
sport of off road riding.
NEATVA was formed in 1995 and provides trail riding currently in the
Massachusetts State Forest System. Members
enjoy riding on scenic trails maintained by off road clubs.
All NEATVA machines; wheteher two, three or four wheelers, must be
legally registered in Massachusetts. Massachusetts’s
residents cost for registration is $30 for 2 years and $20 per year for
non-residents.
Q: Is there an age requirement to join the clubs?
A: Yes, the minimum age is 16 years old. However, club rules state that all members under the age of
18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to operate any
machine at any club function, or event.
Q: What
do I get if I join NEATVA?
A. NEATVA offers trail riding, camping, and a summer outing.
If you enjoy riding in a beautiful State Forest, this is for you.
By joining you not only help us, but also help yourself and others to
promote and protect our sport.
With out the members
that volunteer to spend a morning
clearing brush in a state forest cleanup, our sport would die. If
we’re unorganized and if we don’t work the forests we lose our right to ride
in them.
Please try to give at least one day a year helping your club, be it trail work, holding an office, working at an event, or enlisting a friend, or your dealer!
Don’t wait until it’s to late.
Join with us to become united as one!
Solidarity is the key to keeping our sport alive for ourselves and future
generations to enjoy.
